AC MILAN NEW COACH WELCOME CRISTIAN BROCCHI!

 

The official statement from AC Milan and Brocchi’s recent results as a coach.

MILAN – The following statement was released this morning at 11am by AC Milan:Sinisa Mihajlovic has been relieved of his role as AC Milan coach.

The club would like to thank Mihajlovic for the dedication and hard work carried out this season.

Cristian Brocchi will now be in charge of the first team until the end of the season. AC Milan would like to welcome Mr Brocchi and wish him all the best.

Cristian Brocchi came up through the Milan yousth academy and was coach in the youth sector. Today he has been promoted to first team coach.

The newly appointed Milan coach played 161 matches for the rossoneri and scored 6 goals. Brocchi was part of a team that won eight trophies: ! World Club Cup, 2 Champions Leagues, 2 European Super Cups, 1 Scudetto, 1 Italian Super Cup and 1 Italian Cup.

in the 2013-14 season Brocchi coached the Allievi Regionali at Milan, bringing the best out of players born in 1998 and winning the championship with a ten point winning margin over Inter. Last season Brocchi reached the Scudetto Finals with the Primavera and were knocked out on penalties by Torino who then went on to win the scudetto. This season the Milan Primavera are top of their group in the championship although Inter do have a game in hand.
