MILAN – With a majority vote, the 2015 financial statement has been approved. Today’s shareholders’ meeting also approved, and once again with a majority backing, the new board of directors which is as follows: Adriano Galliani, Barbara Berlusconi, Paolo Berlusconi, Leonardo Brivio, Pasquale Cannatelli, Leonardo Cantamessa and Giancarlo Foscale.

Antonio Marchesi and Alfonso Cefaliello meanwhile have undertaken new roles.
