AC Milan with a sprint race to remain within the European zone.  Milan won the Serie A Week 22 game returning to victory after 5 rounds on Friday 10 February 2023 at the San Siro Stadium in Milan, Italy. The victory is thanks to the headed goal by Olivier Giroud A great header from Giroud. The Rossoneri, waiting for Lazio and Rome, rise to third place with 41 points. Torino, however, falls for the first after 4 rounds remaining seventh with 30 points.

AC Milan opened the score in the 62nd minute. French forward Olivier Giroud defeated Torino goalkeeper Vanja Milinkovic-Savic with a headed shot to the bottom right corner. The assist is by Theo Hernández. This is Giroud’s seventh goal in this season.
