MILAN – Here’s what Youth Sector Head Filippo Galli had to say after this afternoon’s derby win in the Primavera championship:“Regardless of the result which is a good one, the important thing is how we did it. A good performance and the team showed some great football in the first half. Inter came out a bit in the second half and Mastalli, Piccinocchi and Benedicic did very well in the middle of the field. The other did well too. It means a lot to us after we got knocked out of the Cup even though we played well. The coach did well to give the players a day off on Friday so they were more relaxed going into the game. The players look in good shape and that’s thanks to the staff. The players defended well in the second half and with a bit of luck we could even have got the third goal and closed off the match. Now we have another match in Bergamo against a team that are doing well. I’d like to underline the way that the team is growing. Andrenacci in particular came in for some criticism recently and he did very well today.”
