The session kicked-off with floor exercises on the synthetic pitch before the squad headed over to the lower pitch for running drills and flexibility exercises. Training continued with a series of keep-ball drills and 1 v 1 exercises followed by a practice match over half a pitch 8 v 8.
Individuals: Mattia De Sciglio took part in the entire session with the rest of the squad. Bertolacci and Bonaventura worked on individual training programmes in the gym.
