MILAN STOP FOR ROME 2024

MILAN – The Rome Olympic Promoting Committee 2024 continued its road show in the 11 cities chosen to host the Olympic football tournament with a stop-over in Milan. There was a symbolic exchange of shirts between Milan and Inter as a sign of support for the candidacy.

The head of relations with the athletes of the Rome Committee, 2024 Fiona May met Cristian Brocchi, with Gianluigi Donnarumma, Alessio Romagnoli and Giacomo Bonaventura were also present in which football shirts were delivered with the logo of the Olympic bid of the capital, while Fiona May was given a Rossoneri a jersey with the number 2024 to show full support for the bid.

“We started this tour that has taken us to many cities for several weeks, and wherever we always find great willingness by the teams,” said Fiona May. “There have been important signals that have come to us from all over the country: Yesterday we were in Naples, in Milan today and there is the same desire to follow the Olympic dream.”
