ITALY U17, THREE ROSSONERI CALLED UP FOR EURO U17

MILAN – As reported on the official website of the Italian Football Federation, the 18-man squad has been named for the Euro Under 17 Finals in Baku, Azerbaijian, from 3rd to 22nd May. The Azzurrini coached by Mr. Canto are included in Group D, along with Serbia, the Netherlands and Spain and will make their debut on May 6th at 2pm CET against the Balkan side. On Monday 9th, Italy will play Holland at 2pm CET, while they end the group stages on May 12th at midday against Spain. Three are the Rossoneri youngsters called up to the squad. They are Primavera goalkeeper Alessandro Plizzari (born in 2000), right-back Raoul Bellanova (born in 2000) and defensive midfielder Matteo Gabbia (born in 1999).
