MILAN – Italy Under 16, coached by Alberigo Evani, were edged 2-1 by Croatia, coached by Dario Bašić, in today’s friendly at the Comunale stadium of Fiume Veneto (PN). It was the first of the two games scheduled within three days for the Azzurrini.
The three Rossoneri called-up for the game were all on the pitch for Italy: Vigolo had a start and won a penalty in the 24th minute. Campeol stepped on as substitute in the 86th minute, while Bellodi joined in the final stage of the match.
