FIGC, DANONE NATIONS CUP: MILAN INVOLVED

 

MILAN – Another moment of growth for the Italian Ladies Football as promoted by the Italian FIGC.

The Danone Nations Cup and the Youth and School sectors of the Italian Federation of Football started a new collaboration, opening the world’s biggest football tournament for U12s category to young girls.

The Danone Nations Cup, which since 2000 has involved 2.5 million children between the ages of 10 and 12 from over 40 countries in the world, will introduce a new format in Italy starting from May and addressed to the young girls.

With the message ‘Believe in Your Dreams’, all the football fans could support the young female players who will try to change the rules until the final in Paris which will see them playing against the male teams of the other 40 countries partecipating.

Serie A: Atalanta, Bologna, Carpi, Chievo Verona, Genoa, Inter, Juventus, Milan, Napoli, Palermo, Roma, Sampdoria, Sassuolo, Torino, Hellas Verona;

Serie B: Bari, Cesena, Livorno, Perugia, Spezia, Virtus Entella;

Ladies Serie A and B: AGSM Verona, Brescia Femminile, Fiorentina, Pink Sport Time Bari, Anima e Corpo Orobica, Apulia Trani, CSR Azalee, Castelvecchio CF, Imolese Femminile, Milan Ladies, Napoli CF, Reggiana CF, Roma CF;

Scuole di Calcio Elite: Campomorone S. Olcese, Virtus Partenope.
