MILAN – The players are back at Milanello today to prepare for this Saturday’s Serie A fixture away at Atalanta. In the first meeting between the two teams in Serie A this season at the San Siro, the Orobici ran out 1-0 winners thanks to German Denis.

The last time Atalanta achieved that was the 2012-2013 season. On that occasion, Cigarini was on the score-sheet for the Orobici at the San Siro. In that same season and in the second meeting between the two teams in Bergamo however, Milan ran out 1-0 winners thanks to Stephan El Shaarawy.

The little pharaoh netted a brace over the weekend in Milan’s 3-0 victory over Torino and appears in excellent form following his return from a spell on the sidelines.
