The Milan squad ran through the final session before Sunday’s Serie A match.
MILANELLO – On Saturday afternoon, the rossoneri ran through the final training session of the week ahead of Sunday’s Serie A match at home to Torino. A reminder that the match against the granata kicks-off at 20.45 local time.
Before the session started, the club’s CEO Adriano Galliani handed out an award to Stephan El Shaarawy in recognition of his 100th appearance with the Milan jersey last weekend away at Sassuolo.
The squad then started the training session with a warm-up which included running, exercises with the ball and stretching. This was followed by tactical drills across a full size pitch. Saturday’s training came to a close with a practice match over half a pitch.
At the end of the training session, Filippo Inzaghi called-up the following 23 players to the squad for the visit of Torino:
GOALKEEPERS: Diego Lopez, Abbiati, Donnarumma (99).
DEFENDERS: Abate, Alex, Bocchetti, Felicioli (37), Mexes, Paletta, Zaccardo, Zapata.
MIDFIELDERS: De Jong, Mastalli (36), Piccinocchi (38) Poli, Van Ginkel.
