APPIANO GENTILE – A hot summer’s afternoon with clear skies welcomed Inter back to work today as the team reassembled at the Centro Sportivo Angelo Moratti having enjoyed a two-day break following the US tour.
There were fitness tests for the players who have only just returned to the fold, while the main group warmed up and did some drills focusing on technique before playing a short match. The session was wrapped up with some fitness work.
Walter Mazzarri will gather his charges back at the training ground for another session tomorrow to push on with preparations for the forthcoming visit to Frankfurt: Eintracht are to host the Nerazzurri at the Commerzbank-Arena on Sunday afternoon (15:30).
