APPIANO GENTILE – It was the 1st workout of the day, and the 4th of the week, for the Nerazzurri as they prepare for Monday’s match: the Week 18 clash of the 2013/14 Serie A season against Lazio at the Stadio Olimpico in Rome.
In this morning’s session the team was divided into two groups: the players who arrived yesterday from the Christmas holidays worked out in the gym, while the others focused on technical exercises.
The second workout of the day will be held in the early afternoon.
