MILANELLO – The team went through a morning session at Milanello which began with a warm-up which included step-overs over the  high hurdles.
The players then moved on to  a power drill, running over the low hurdles, work-outs with the medicine ball and sprints trailing weights up a slight slope.
The team had a tactical drill of the attack against the defence with six against four. The session ended with a short practice match.
