FITNESS AND TECHNICAL WORK-OUT

MILANELLO – The team went through a morning session and started with a warm-up and running between the cones.
There were then a series of intense stretching before the players divided into groups for some sprint drills. This part of the session closed with a timed test over 20 metres.
The whole squad then moved on to a tactical drill with the attack against the defence in a six against four exercise.
Rami and Zapata joined group for the full session while it was a personalised athletic work-out for Bonera.
