FOCUS ON TECHNIQUE


MILANELLO - Third training session of the week for the Rossoneri today at Milanello and first of the day under the watchful eye of coach Brocchi. The team have continued their preparation ahead of the Italian Cup final against Juventus on Saturday night at the Olympic stadium in Rome.
The morning session started with a fitness work-out in the gym. Then the players went out to the lower pitch to continue with some technical exercises.The session ended with some drills attack against defence, five against four.
Individuals: Niang worked with the group and youth team players Crociata, Maldini and La Ferrara joined as well.
This afternoon the team will be back training at 4pm.
 

DOUBLE SESSION TODAY


MILANELLO – Monday’s training session started with a warm-up on the lower pitch consisting of running drills over the hurdles and obstacles. 
The squad was then divided into two groups. One set of players did running while the other group went through passing drills. 
Training continued with a practice match on a reduced size pitch with two small goals and came to a close with tactical exercises. 
Looking ahead, the team will train twice on Tuesday. The first session will take place at 11.00 while the second at 16.00.  
Individuals: Niang trained with the rest of the squad. 

CUP FINAL INFORMATION


MILAN – With the 2016 TIM Cup final just around the corner, here below we detail all the key information for Milan fans making their way to the Olimpico for the game with Juventus. - Turnstiles will open from 16.00.- Milan fans have been assigned the Curva Sud and Tribuna Monte Mario sector of the Olimpico stadium.- Those travelling down by coach or with their own vehicles have been advised to use the ‘Roma Sud’ and ‘Roma Ovest’ toll-booths and take the “Aurelia direzione centro” exit on the Great Ring Road to the following destinations:by car:- “Cipro” Park and Ride where fans can make their way to the stadium by free shuttle bus service.- Piazzale Clodio Parking Centre where fans can make their way by foot or free shuttle bus service.by coach:- Parking at Lungotevere della Vittoria – Lungotevere Oberdan – Lungotevere della Armi – Lungotevere Flaminio (via Luigi Canina – Ponte della Musica from where fans can reach the stadium by foot)
