ACF Fiorentina official website announces that following the Directive of the Ministry of the Interior no. 15350/117 of 03 May 2020 containing “urgent measures regarding the containment and management of the epidemiological emergency from COVID-19, applicable on the entire national territory” and having regard to Protocol No. 3180 of the Prime Minister’s Office, Sports Office of 03 May 2020 starting Wednesday 6 May, the players of the first team and the members of the technical and health staff will undergo serological and swab tests to identify the subjects who have contracted infection with Covid 19.

In compliance with the guidelines provided by the Ministry of Sport, specific medical tests will subsequently be subjected and from Friday 8 May the players of the first team who request it will be allowed to carry out individual sporting activities at the “Davide Astori” Sports Center in Florence.

Based on the requests received, each interested player will receive communication regarding the daily schedule with an indication of the portion of the field where to carry out the individual sports activity.

In any case, the player will be required to respect the interpersonal distance of at least two meters and to respect the prohibition of any form of assembly.

Strict compliance with the provisions issued to contain the contagion from COVID-19 is always recommended and to this end, it should be noted that:

The players must go to the Sports Center independently and wear a special mask on the way from their car to the field assigned for individual sporting activity, always keeping the interpersonal distance of two meters and avoiding any form of assembly;
The players will have to enter (and exit the) Sports Center according to the scheduled times and carry out the individual session wearing their own sports clothing, as the Company’s warehouse and laundry service is not yet operational;
The players will have to take a shower at their home as the changing rooms and gym of the Sports Center will remain closed;
It will be forbidden for players to enter any venue of the Sports Center.
During individual sporting activities, only the presence of a medical device will be ensured.
