It’s a great joy to congratulate our Italian Serie A players playing with Chile National Team and winning the 2015 Copa America on Saturday 4 July 2015 after defeating Argentina in penalty shoot outs at the Estadio Nacional de Chile in Chile, South America.   Congrats guys and so proud to have you playing in the Italian Football League.   Well done.

Result:  Chile 4 – 1 Argentina.

  • Juventus defender Mauricio Isla … playing all game
  • Juventus midfielder Arturo Vidal … playing all game and converting a penalty in the shootouts.
  • Inter defender Gary Medel … playing all game
  • Napoli forward Eduardo Vargas … played 95 minutes and replaced by Angelo Henriquez.
  • Fiorentina midfielder David Pizarro … Listed among subs
  • Atalanta forward Mauricio Pinilla … Listed among subs
  • Fiorentina midfielder Matias Fernández…Playing since the 75th minute after replacing Jorge Valdivia.  Fernandez also converted a penalty in the shootouts.
