Super victory for AS Roma on their quest to keep up the race for the Scudetto.  Roma reaching 62 points being -8 point below Juventus holding the first position with 70 points.   Problem is for Palermo suffering their 19th lost and winning only 3 games this season.  Sadly, relegation to the Serie B next season is almost a reality unless Palermo start winning their remaining games.  A miracle.  We have have 10 more games to end the season.

AS Roma  silencing the Barbera Stadium in the 22nd minute.   The opening goal is by Roma forward Stephan EL Shaarawy defeating Palermo goalkeeper Andrea Fulignati with a left footed shot in the center. The assist is by Clément Grenier with a cross.

Far from Palermo reacting to equalize, it is Roma to increase the score.  In the 76th minute, there is forward Edin Dzeko to deliver a left footed shot all the way to the center.  The assist is by midfielder Radja Nainggolan.   This is the 20th goal of the season by Dzeko.

The final  blow in the agonizing 91st minute crushing Palermo.  It is Bruno Peres to defeat goalkeeper Fulignati with a right footed shot in the center.    The assist is by midfielder Kevin Strootman.
