Sampdoria failing to win the away game to keep up the race towards the top 5 position despite taking the lead with 2 goals.  A total comeback and Cagliari managing to equalize the score for the 2-2 avoiding to lose the game.  It’s one point for each team and so many regrets for Sampdoria.

It is Sampdoria to open the score in the 12th minute.  Forward Fabio Quagliarella defeating Cagliari goalkeeper Alessio Cragno with a right footed shot in the center. The assist is by Gastón Ramírez.
