As reported by AC Milan official website, the afternoon training on Wednesday 26 November at the Centro Sportivo Milanello began with a warm-up the players. Inzaghi dividing the players in two groups for ball possession with four against four and a “free” player. The team was then divided into three groups in half of the pitch with a possession drill of ten consecutive passes to earn a point.
There was then a tactics drill with the attack against the defence.
The first of the two training sessions took place in the morning. The goalkeepers trained apart and the rest of the squad when for a run around the pitch, they divided into two groups to continue their run but using the cones they went through a change of pace drill.
They then moved on to another drill with the cones in a diamond shape to work on their sharpness before returning to the gym to finish their work-out.
The team will train at 15.15 on Thursday.
