MILAN – Franco Baresi gave an exclusive interview to the Milan Channel at the inauguration of the #alwaysacmilan photo exhibition, 115 of the best photos to celebrate 115 years of AC Milan:

“We’ve been very surprised by the reaction to this initiative launched in October. We decided to bring it to an end exactly in the week in which Milan celebrates its 115th anniversary. Thousands and thousands of photos arrived, there was a big participation and great affection. They are nice initiatives which involve fans from all over the world.”

A word on tonight’s opponents in Serie A: “It’s an important match against Roma, we go into the match after a good performance against Napoli, but we have to also do well against Roma, I think we can do well. We have to take things one match at a time, think about the best and compete right until the very end. I think Milan can aim for a place in the Champions League, it will be a fight between 3 or 4 teams, but Milan can do it. Whoever wants to achieve this objective has to be consistent with their results. Milan are a side that is growing, with a new coach and with great enthusiasm.”
