AC Milan falling in San Siro and eliminated in Coppa Italia! Referee Rocchi giving a penalty to Lazio conceded by Milan defender Michelangelo Albertazzi for a handball. in the 37th minute. It is Lazio midfielder Lucas Biglia to convert the penalty defeating goalkeeper Christian Abbiati. AC Milan making it to the Coppa Italia Quarterfinals for the sixth consecutive time. The last time Milan defeated Lazio in Coppa Italia was in January 2012.
First yellow card of the match is for Lazio defender Lorik Cana in the 40th minute after a foul on AC Milan forward Alessio Cerci.
Things complicating for Lazio as Referee Rocchi gives a second yellow card to defender Cana in the 45th minute making it an automatic Red Card. Lazio remain with 10 players.
Referee Rocchi ruled out a goal by AC Milan forward Giampaolo Pazzini in the 69th minute for a handball.
